International sales manager (Distribution - Health).

We are looking for a Sales Manager of health with experience in the health sector and Medical devices, with global market knowledge, to help us to achieve and consolidate our ambitious international distribution plan.


What is about? 


Mutter Ventures’ health tech company.  Is a revolutionary IoT solution that combines a SaaS platform and smart coolers (Hardware devices) that helps optimize the sanitary logistics processes for biological samples and sensitive contents, while improving content security and reducing the laboratory costs and incidents.


Founded in 2019, the project has been doing R&D for its first 2 years and has started commercializing its products since the beginning of 2022. 

Currently with clients in Spain, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and UK, agreements with main health supply distributors and clients from Top5 laboratories in the world.


Responsibilities:


  1. Selection and management of international distributors.
  2. Create the marketing plan and set goals with the Distributor.
  3. Monthly analysis and quarterly business reviews.
  4. Negotiation of distribution contracts.
  5. Generate new agreements with international health distributors. 
  6. Demonstrating excellent communication and selling skills.


Desired Skills and Experience:


  1.  +8 years of experience in Health sector and Medical devices (preferred)
  2.  +8 years of experience in international health distribution.
  3.  Very solid understanding of technology B2B sales
  4.  +5 years of SaaS sales experience 
  5.  Deep understanding of the health sector both, public and private.
  6.  Experience in public tenders preferred.
  7.  Passion for new technology.
  8.  Bachelor of Business Administration / Economics or similar.
  9.  Spanish and English proficiency level (C1) is a must.
  10.  Availability to travel 40% of the time.
